For more than a decade, I’ve been helping people live with more balance, courage, peace, and resilience. My therapeutic approach comes from training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Community Resiliency Model (CRM), Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and Motivational Interviewing. I value the therapeutic relationship, and collaborate with you to create a plan that will work best for your needs.
